This time I was able to keep myself away from the ‘New Year Rush’ at Bus halts by leaving Colombo late for the New Year, and coming back to office late after the new year.

The auspicious time to start work for the new year was on the 20th April, but the majority of the offices and businesses were functioning from the 17th. There were still a few places closed till today since most of those who have left Colombo for New Year has not returned to work.

Well, It’s always good to move into a new spacious building with a new look. But moving and rearranging our stuff was a real pain, and the construction people who were putting the final touches to our office were so slow in finishing their work. It was all dust and noice of machines for the past few days.
It’s only today that we were able to arrange our stuff. But I’m sure it will take a few more days for our guys to get moving once again with their work.
